This is your first day in this hospital, and things are tougher than you expected.
"How much longer does my mother have to wait?", a patient's daughter approaches you, with an angry look. "We've been here for two hours now, she's old, and we're all tired!".
"Well, I've been here for ten hours and you don't see me complaining" you want to say, but refrain from doing so.
"I'll be with you as soon as the lab results come out, ok?" you politely say instead.
